Write to contact@knodos.net and we will read it. We answer questions about the range, the sizes and materials we publish, and anything on this site that looks wrong.

What we can help with

• Group sizes, woods, materials and contents on any product in the range.
• Corrections. If a size or a measurement here does not match what you received, tell us and we will check it against the specification and fix the page.
• Which size fits your machine, if the finder on the home page has not answered it.
• Press and content questions about this site.

What we cannot help with

• Order status, delivery dates and returns. Those are settled at checkout, wherever you placed the order, and whoever took it holds the details.
• Payment and refunds, for the same reason.
• Spare parts. We cannot ship you a single piece out of a kit.

If your question is about an order you have already placed, going straight to the checkout you used will get you an answer faster than we can.

Response time

One mailbox, read by people rather than a system. Expect a reply within a few working days, and a faster one if the answer is a number we can look up.
